Background
Wayne L. Gotsch, R.S. President and Environmental Scientist
Mr. Gotsch founded ETS, inc., in January of 1991 after fourteen years of
intense environmental study and field application with Maryland State
Environmental Programs.
Mr. Gotsch served the State of Maryland from 1973 to 1987, in the
Environmental Enforcement Programs Department of the Maryland Department
of The Environment, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and the
Department of Natural Resources. Program enforcement activities were in
the areas of:
Hazardous Waste and Industrial Waste
Water Pollution Control
Sanitary Landfills and Rubblefills
Groundwater Protection and Remediation
Underground Storage Tanks & Toxic Substances
Mr. Gotsch maintains professional accreditation as a Registered
Environmental Sanitarian with the Maryland Department of the Environment
and EPA Asbestos Inspector/Management Planner. As a graduate of Bay
College ofMaryland, he holds a degree in Water and Waste Water
Technology.
MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Site Inspector for two of Maryland's three hazardous waste landfills.
State Inspector for the-first PCB Emergency Storage Facility funded with EPA money prior to the signing of Superfund.

Mr. Harclerode is the corporate support engineer and as such he is
responsible for technical project designs, evaluations, modifications
and plan reviews.
Mr. Harclerode has served for the past twenty four (24) years in the
environmental and chemical engineering field with KBD Engineering,
Harwell-Construction, W.R. Grace & Co.,
Assigned work responsibilities were in the areas of:

Industrial Hygiene and Indoor Air Quality
Pollution Control Equipment
Chemical Plant Design and Construction Engineering
Supervision of Hazardous Waste Management
Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Systems

Mr. Harclerode has a Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Chemical
Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park and is a
registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Delaware,Virginia and the
District of Columbia(MD-I 1735, DE- P 7703, VA-031387, and D.C.-
